The date will be shown based on the user settings of the PC that is
generating the report. If their PC has locale of dd/mm/yyyy then that is
how it will display.

I am using reporting service to display the report.
first I thought I can use 'date picker' in but I can't...it always gives me
an error

PS: Please just keep them as dates, don't convert them to strings to
