    Greetings All,

SQL Server 2005 Express sounds like it may finally put SQL server in
    competition with Access .mdb files.

My reading is that you can distribute a single DLL with your app to provide
single in process access to SQL server databases - no need to run a separate
process or do an MSDE like install.

Does anyone know what the licensing restrictions will be?

The other express products (VB, C# etc) don't allow commercial use any
    developed apps.

Hopefully this will not apply to SQL Server 2005 Express.

    Regards ....... Mark
