This directory contains all the dependancies for the application. These dependacancies are:

autodocbook: Generates man and html pages from the documentation comments in the header files.

fftw: A fast fourier transform library

panda: A PDF generation library

segv: A segmentation fault handler useful to developers

trivsql: A simple embeddable SQL database which is used to store configuration information

wxWindows: The windowing API we are using

Some packages have _not_ been used in this project. They are:

gnuplot: Dispite the name, it is _not_ covered by the GNU GPL. It therefore cannot be used for this project, as we are aiming at GPL'ing all our output...
