On the Scoblizer and blog discoverability

Robert Scoble's comments on blog fame are interesting, but I still think he's left out a factor -- discoverability. I could have the best blog on the planet (I don't but you can judge for yourself at http://www.stillhq.com/cgi-bin/blosxom), but if no one has linked to it, then it might take Google forever to find it. Or am I missing some obvious form of blog discovery that people are using?

I have the discoverability problem to, and I would really like someone to give advice on my minor problem! I searched it in Google to see how easy it was to find and I couldn't even find it. Even when I type in the Title, a whole sentence, or all the labels, it just doesnt work. If you have time, could you read my blog? it is: itsjtown.blogspot.com

    Thanks
