Well, we moved into our new house in late 2003, and we're now in a street which is vaguely famous for it's Christmas lights (I'm not aware of any other suburban streets in Canberra which are one way for a single month of the year).
So we thought we should join in. Apart from the boring lights on the barge board, which anyone can do, I thought I would give something a little more artistic a try. The intention is to add a little bit each year, so initially, the display is a little basic.

Christmas morning
Our kids seem to have the Christmas thing under control -- I remember waking my folks up at 5am to open presents, but our kids let us sleep in today until nearly 8:30am. They liked their presents heaps, so if you got something for them, well done. I'll put some pictures online later when I get a chance.
