For a little while now I have been looking for a central repository of conference Call for Paper announcements. I haven't been able to find one. I therefore decided that I should start one myself. This page, and the associated cfp-announce mailling list are the result.
The basic concept is that if I find a CFP, or someone posts one to the mailling list, then it will appear on this page (which has a RSS feed), and the mailling list. This helps the conferences, as they get more speakers applying, and it helps the speakers, as it makes them more aware of the opportunities which are out there.
The list is currently building momementum, so heres a list of the conferences I am aware of, and tracking myself. Please let me know if you know of any others...
