Interestingly, <a href="http://consumerist.com/380257/sprints-nucking-futs-jessica-fired">the outsourced company that provides the live chat people noticed the consumerist post</a> and fired the person responsible. That's interesting for two reasons -- lots of companies now appear to be reading consumerist; and all the employees of the outsourcer appear in chat as Jessica.
