      I was briefly in the UAE six years ago, and I remember being amazed by the amount of imported labour present there. I didn't realize how poorly treated these workers are. I'm surprised by some of the more crazy construction projects as well -- thinks like air conditioned beaches. This is an interesting article, although I am not 100% its unbiased. Some of the comments certainly disagree with the overall direction of the article.

      I assume I wont be forced to buy from the NBN? Surely they'll be forced to charge a price which is competitive with existing DSL offerings or the customers will walk.
