SQL Adapter and transactions (was [BizTalker] test message)

OK.  I'm always up for a challenge.

In BTS 2006, I've noticed that when using a SQL receive adapter, some applications require COM+ transactioning to be either turned off or set to "Unauthorised" (or unauthenticated or something.  I've forgotten which and I'm not sat at a Windows box to check).  Since this is a machine-wide setting, it affects everything.  Does anyone have a solution that can just be applied to a single BTS application.

The error message given if the setting is not changed says that the application was unable to participate in a DTC transaction.

How's that?
