Paul, I think the approach that you will have to
take is to follow the instruction in the BizTalk Documentation for moving the
databases to another server. I would also download the latest upgrade
guide for BizTalk 2004 to 2006; this includes a section about upgrading sql
2000 to sql 2005. Bill Chesnut BizTalk Server MVP From:

Behalf Of Pavlinovich, Paul Hi BizTalkers… We’re about to (finally) upgrade our BTS 2006
environment from using SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. In the process we have to move
from one db server to another (we’re not upgrading the old box it is getting
trashed). Does anyone have any notes about the upgrade process including moving
the databases from one db server to another. The instructions we’re found so far from Microsoft
leave a little to be desired in the way of completeness… perhaps we just
haven’t found the right ones… any pointers would be appreciated. Regards Paul -- Paul Pavlinovich IT Systems Architect 'us'
