Hello folks,

Recruiters all talk about "this job being a great career move" blah blah -
but in this case I really think it's true.

It's a Melbourne job as a lead Microsoft .net / C# / biztalk
Developer/Evangelist/Thought Leader for one of
Australia's most respected software engineering houses with about 200
software engineering people in the field.  You would be a leading
Microsoft authority within this company.

The role involves hands on work and architecture with Microsoft
technologies - C#, .net, biztalk across a range of client projects.  If you
enjoy evangelising, talking technology, being the "go to" person, as well as
writing the code and designing elegant solutions, then this might be for
you.

Obviously you need to have a great understanding of biztalk and C# and have
the appropriate certifications.

Regarding salary - the salary is very good but not incredible - we're
looking for someone "on the way up" - aspiring and ambitious, probably more
interested in this as a career move than earning incredibucks - for now
anyway.
