You can deploy all (BTS 2004, Sharepoint and SQL Server) on the same machine; the thing that you need to take care of is the managed paths in Sharepoint. Hopefully this will be cleared to you.

There is any problem if I deploying BTS 2004 in the same machine where is installed Sharepoint? Would be there any problem with SqlServer?

There is any considerations for it?
