Is anyone in the
know of some sort of gizmo that will print out all the currently defined
keyboard shortcuts in VS2005? Either from within the IDE, externally or
via interpretting the exported settings xml file?
I customize the
keyboard quite heavily (due to addon products assignment etc) therefore 'off the
shelf' PDF's of keyboard shortcuts are next to useless.
