Speaking of movies... Perhaps in the future schedule some "screenings" of MSDN TV (or others... eg: PDC etc...) at user group meetings, or even regular screenings (as in not part of regular user group meetings) for those who want to watch it, but find it difficult to obtain a copy of the video. For those that went, there was a brief video of Steve Balmer at TechEd at the recent Victoria .NET UG meeting which was somewhat interesting. Would others find this sort of thing interesting? - Will -----Original Message----- From: Charles Sterling [mailto:chass@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, 28 October 2005 11:33 AM To: dotnet@xxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [aus-dotnet] OT - watching MSDN TV offline Minas can you give me a call to see what I can do locally to facilitate Thanks, Chuck -----Original Message----- From: peter@xxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:peter@xxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mina Casiou Sent: Friday, 28 October 2005 7:08 AM To: dotnet@xxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [aus-dotnet] OT - watching MSDN TV offline Err...I'd rather the download that MS provide did the whole thing for me. I don't mind hacking away at some things, but this is supposed to be an end user service. JUST WATCH A MOVIE - how hard can it be!!! Maybe I should save the popup pages that control the online viewing, and try to decipher what they're doing. --- IL Thomas -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
