    Interestingly, on the weekend I noticed a blog post on blogs.msdn that
    someone had posted an entry titled "VS Ship Party Pics".
    
    Which did raise my suspicions a bit about shipping soon.
    
    And after a bit of re-digging around, I've come up with the post that I saw:

    It helped that I had some inside info. A couple of weeks ago some
    people (people on the exam beta list) were informed that the 27th
    would be the day (2 weeks later than initially planned). But we
    weren't allowed to tell anyone :)
