    I'm pretty sure in IIS6 you just need to turn it on. If you right
    click the "Web Sites" folder in Internet Information Services Manager
    and turn on HTTP Compression. I did this on my blog and the traffic
    seems to have come down without me doing anything else, but then again
    no one might be visiting my blog any more.
