Visio comes free as part of action pack for Microsoft Partners.  But if its
not a useful tool, I would rather not go there.  We are doing commercial
work, so the Community edition would not be appropriate for us.

Tad expensive. Can't give you any real feedback on its UML usefulness
though.

Could look at Visual Paradigm For UML. The price is right for non-commercial
work. You will have to look at the licence
