I'm a tad biased... (and maybe a tad spoiled)
    1) Borland's Together is a drawing tool built for development and UML
    2) Microsoft have already announced that Team Edition won't provide UML
support, and that UML support for it will come from Borland
    3) I think having Developer, Architect, and Designer versions of the
tool is cool and shows they are understand the different ways we need to
    use it...
    4) Together Developer for Visual Studio is cool, and at only a few
    hundred bucks is a bargain.

For UML work, Together Designer Community Edition is free, and there are
'higher editions' you can migrate to as your team sees the value.

Would anyone like to comment on using VISIO for UML diagrams?
