AFAIK IE is just using a heuristic on the _javascript_ and other
'interactive' content to determine if it can save the page as you see
it.
My workaround is to just view the source and save that -- if I
need the graphics I get them separately, but I don't often need to.
I mostly use this technique for receipts that are simple text,
except for one (bank) logo, and yet IE decides it can't save
them.

With IE6 I see the same
problem with the PF page ? that was my first attempt after the failure of the
?main? page.
It?s not really the
page that I?m interested in, you realise ? it?s why IE can?t handle these pages.
I?ve seen the ?use Firefox? response before, but that?s not the point ? is
it?
I can?t see it?s the
java in the main page, either.
