    I would have agreed up to this point.  But in this case we are receiving
    data thru a serial connection, and graphing it.  We have no trouble
    receiving it and graphing it, but it is not smooth due to the rounding of
    the milliseconds.

    I would have thought that was beyond high level software, and was more in
    the realm of an embedded system??

    It would seem that TotalMilliseconds has an approximate resolution of 10
    milliseconds.  However we need to record times accurate to 1 millisecond.
    What is the best way of accomplishing this?
