It was there in the fine print at the bottom of the HTML attachment
Harris sent me. I missed in amongst the 'General Information'
paragraphs. The support chap on the phone pointed me to it, then I
downloaded the XLS file, filled-it in and I'm about to send it to
msdnaus. It's a curious procedure.
