[aus-dotnet] Disabling navigation in Datagrid (winforms)

Hi,
I have a Datagrid bound to a master table and fields on a form bound
to the detail table in the same Dataset.
Whenever a master row is displayed I get a '+' in the row
header allowing me to navigate to the detail row. I do not want this.
I am already managing the detail data in the form. I do not need the
Datagrid to do this for me.

How do I turn this off?

I suppose I could remove the relationship between the master and detail
tables for the dataset. Any more reasonable suggestions?
